### From one channel to the whole store

Edoro came to us for Google Ads. We stayed to rebuild the store, take it into the Czech Republic and run both markets. Conversion rate rose by more than 300%, average order value by 33%.

### Growing Edoro

Edoro sells gas appliances and everything that goes with them, retail and wholesale: camping stoves and burners, heaters, fridges, regulators, cartridges, bottles and canisters, plus a garden range. Stock is held in their own warehouse and delivered across Slovakia within three working days. It is a straightforward business run well, and at the start they wanted one thing from us: [Google Ads](https://opulon.org/services/advertising) that paid for themselves.

So that is where we started. We took over the account, tightened the conversion tracking so every order could be traced back to the click that produced it, and moved the budget week by week towards the products that actually sold. The campaigns improved. But the longer we watched the traffic land, the clearer the ceiling became. Good clicks were arriving at a store that could not turn enough of them into orders.

We proposed a full rebuild, and Ivan Dorotík agreed. We [designed](https://opulon.org/services/ui-ux-design) the new store around the product page and [built it on WooCommerce](https://opulon.org/services/ecommerce-development) from scratch. Clear pricing, live stock and a concrete delivery date sit next to the add-to-cart button. Reviews are where a buyer looks for them. And under each product are the things it is usually bought with, so a stove comes with its bottle and handle the way it would at a counter, and baskets grow to match. The numbers followed. Conversion rate climbed by more than 300% and average order value by 33%.

With Slovakia working, we took Edoro into the Czech Republic: a Czech storefront with its own campaigns and its own measurement. We then looked after both markets: the [campaigns](https://opulon.org/services/advertising) on Google and Meta, the [tracking and reporting](https://opulon.org/services/digital-marketing) behind them, and the continued development of the store itself.

Over two years, one ad account grew into a new store, a second market and a much wider brief.
