Who we are

What data we collect and why

Contact form: name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. We process this data to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a proposal (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering into a contract).

Newsletter: your email address, processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at info@opulon.org; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Bot protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to distinguish people from automated traffic (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse).

Who processes your data for us

Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, data storage, and bot protection.

Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.): delivery of transactional email.

Both providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

Contact inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@opulon.org.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk).
