The Vision
Ilja Schreiner saw young professionals eager to work remotely but struggling to find opportunities in the DACH region. Remojii was born from that belief. Talent shouldn’t be limited by geography.
From Idea to MVP
We believed in the mission from day one. What started as a conversation became a partnership. Two years and counting of building, iterating, and growing Remojii together.
Building Remojii
When Ilja first came to us, he had a vision and not much else. No name, no brand, no product. Just the conviction that young professionals in the DACH region needed a better way to find remote work. So we started with research. We spent weeks studying the market, understanding the landscape, and figuring out what would make Remojii the platform people actually want to use.
The name was chosen from over a hundred candidates. The branding paired pink with dark blue, a combination that feels young and approachable while still being professional. Wireframes, user flows, and interface design followed, all built around one idea: make it effortless for both sides of the marketplace.
What we built goes well beyond a typical MVP. Job seekers upload a CV and get an entire portfolio-style profile generated for them. A shareable digital presence that goes further than anything LinkedIn offers. Recruiters post listings, browse candidates, and see match scores that surface the strongest fits. Applicants can track their progress through built-in management tools. It has a lot of depth, and it was designed to make hiring feel personal.
We also shaped the brand’s social media presence. Co-produced video content, created static posts, developed content strategy, and helped the team build an audience that genuinely engages. Promotional materials, business strategy, positioning. Over two years, what started as a technology project became something much bigger.
Today, Remojii is preparing to raise capital. It has been a long road from a blank page to here, and we’ve been proud to walk it together.
